Exceptional customer service from inquiry through final installation. We worked with David Tessier, who was knowledgeable and patient while we worked through which style and look made the most sense for us. After David personally delivered our order, we realized we should have order LVT instead of laminate. It was a hassle-free exchange. Luckily, another customer wanted to buy our laminate order, so we saved on the restocking fee. David was a true professional from beginning to end. Most of all, we are very happy customers with the final product and service. The video attached to this review only shows about half of the finished basement. The other half already had personal items moved in, but exceptional outcome as well. Highly recommend this vendor and would work with David Tessier again.
