I do not recommend. Went in there 2 months ago to do a purchase and no one ever called me with an update. I called multiple times, just to get a 'I will call you back". Turns out the product never existed and 2 months later they tell me because I called a different location to speak with their manager.
We searched all the big box stores but lumber liquidators had exactly what we were looking for at an unbeatable price!! The experience was so smooth and enjoyable because of Laura Zabadra’s help and outstanding customer service. I have since recommended lumber liquidators to friends and co-workers
Easy place to deliver to, they put out orange cones to give you extra space to back up to dock, just don't hit their bumper hard.
Less than 2 years after the installation of the new flooring in my parents' house, it all began to separate. (Product acclimated inside the house for at least 3 months)Months and months later, they agreed to replace the floor after multiple "inspectors" had to verify that it truly was separating. After the tear out began, there was supposed moisture. No moisture was found. The main living area has been in disarray due to this "moisture."All the flooring is piled in the kitchen with no access to the refrigerator and stove. The flooring that has been removed has left major chunks out of the subfloor. They told my family they needed to scrape up the adhesive and then seal the flooring where the self-leveling product is going to be applied. When we did the original install, we had an empty storage shed on the property where all the furniture was placed until the installation was complete. We asked that a pod or storage of some sort be brought here and paid for due to the material failing, not my families issue. They refused to supply this and also refused to pay for movers as we did prior to the original install. This company has caused 1 headache after another for my twice retired dad (Army). They don't stand by their product or subcontractors' work.Spend a bit more money somewhere else and get personal referrals.I implore you to steer clear of them. It's not worth it with them because if something goes wrong, they screw you and take their time doing it.Will write more at the conclusion of this very bad experience.See pictures for some point of reference.***update 7/2/2024***After another "inspection" from this company, they told my veteran father that they were not responsible for the replacement of the subfloor.Due to the fact that the home is still not livable, my dad paid the $3200 for the subfloor replacement. The damage that occurred during the removal of the faulty product and / or installed. The company that did the bad work (subcontractor) is also replacing the subfloor and will be out until the 17th of July? This will be 2 months with my parents' house in disarray. No use of the dining room, living room, or kitchen.HOW CAN THIS BE OKAY?DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CONS! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, DO SHADY WORK, AND DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS OR INSTALLATION.10000 NEGATIVE STARS.Please share this with anyone you know who is contemplating using them.Stay tuned, more to come -Update:The floor were installed by a different install team, they were great.LL never did the stairs and lied about it "not being in the original repair", which we have in writing and where the initial issues were seen. Also, they ordered all materials for the stairs when putting in the order for the replacement flooring. They then claimed they were filing bankruptcy and we all know thats not true. They are a scam and don't stand by their product or installers. What a shame.Best of luck.
It was excellent customer service when it was LL Flooring. Now that ownership changed its one of those bad customer service places that I would definitely avoid. they don’t take responsibility. I have water damaged wood that amount to $400 that I picked up a week ago and they promised me to fix the issue and when the time came to give me the replacement boxes they said well its not really our fault and this and that. Just completely went back on the solution they promised for a week.
