We were unsure of the type of flooring we wanted and they were knowledgeable enough to share which would be best suited for our needs. Not only we’re they knowledgeable but they were also very patient. They encouraged us to take our time and were available when we were ready. After finalizing our decision, the flooring was delivered in a timely fashion. Overall, the final results for our flooring was perfect and the customer service we received was exemplary!

My wife and I went to LL to purchase laminate click flooring for our bedroom. We wanted to match what we had previously installed in all our living areas of the home. We met with Jeff Hall for assistance. We had all our paper work and samples from our previous purchase Sept. 3/2022. Jeff explained that what we have is no longer available. He showed us a replacement that to me didn't look like what we had previously purchased. Jeff assured me that it was the same color with some slight pattern variation. I went to the car to get my full size samples.
Sure enough it was a match.
We purchased the flooring with a two week delivery expectation.
Shortly before the two weeks had passed I spoke with Jeff and he explained the flooring had been back ordered. Jeff explained that there was inventory at another location and that he would see about getting it to me.
Two days later I received a call explaining that my flooring was at the store.
I appreciate Jeff's service and doing what needed to be done to get my flooring delivered.
