Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! They had the demo and the new floors for the entire home done in 3 days. The crew that did the work was very respectful and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the result! I'm indifferent with this tile company. Hired by my landlord to side step remediation after a court ruling for mold didn't go in landlords favor. This tile company and our landlord put the worker in harms way by having him remove a shower that was deemed unsafe and contaminated with 3 different types of water damage causing mold, including black mold, even though property management dispatched remediation to resolve it prior to owner sidestepping laws. They returned to finish the renovation after remediation took over and removed the mold. They left the job unfinished and another vendor was dispatched to repair the chaos left weeks later. As a tenant I'm unsure what caused this abrupt half-done project ending the way it did, but others should know what they may get into dealing with this company.I will say at first they were very professional and minus some small details in measurements and perfecting their craft the guy who laid the tile (and exposed us all to mold when he was dispatched to remove a shower unaware of the danger he was dispatched to) was a very decent tile guy! His work was the only work I'd approve, whatever corners he was told to cut is probably not the efforts he stands by but more what the company and dysfunctional landlord had him follow.
WOW! I love my new flooring. Zona did an excellent job, the installers were very efficient and fast; they even cleaned up after.Company was easy to work with and the owner even called me when there was going to be a few hour delay of installation. Great customer service.

The product they provide is top of the line. The installers were the best we have ever seen. They are absolute flooring experts...we can honestly say we have never worked with such an incredible company in every single capacity. This is a family owned business and they take extreme pride in every single thing they do, and every facet of the process is handled by true experts. The communication is over the top by every single person involved. Immediate responses and literally same day service. They are beyond impressive. We cannot compliment Zona Floors enough. We decided on Zona floors because they had the best price and the best reviews. Jacob was our salesman and came in and explained everything great. The installation crew showed up on time and after one day had demoed 750sqft of tile. They came back the next day and installed all the hardwood floors and most of the trim. By the 3rd day they finished after 4hours. They got a 4day job done in 2.5 days. We’re very pleased with our floors and would highly recommend Zona floors.
