This was our first time ordering from Anttila and they were great to deal with. We completed a full bathroom reno and also a fireplace hearth. We were short a few tiles and Jess was able to rush order tiles for us and even matched the lot number so they didn't vary. Great attention to detail and professional service. I'll be using them again for future work.

I purchased tile and powder grout from Anttila’s two years ago, and had them professionally installed. Over time, the grout has started to deteriorate and wash away. I returned to Anttila’s with photos, hoping for assistance or a solution. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, placing the blame on me, the humidity, and various other factors. They also insisted I provide receipts or bank statements to prove my purchase.When I inquired about any warranty or potential remedies, I was told my only option was to remove the existing grout and repurchase the product. While I typically prioritize supporting local businesses, the poor customer service I experienced makes it challenging to continue doing so. Despite being told they would contact the supplier, it has now been over two weeks without any follow-up. Due to their lack of care, concern, and problem-solving, I would not recommend Anttila’s when looking for grout or tiles.
Anttila tile was fantastic to work with when we were finishing 2 of our bathrooms and our kitchen backsplash in our new build. They have an amazingly beautiful variety of tiles and their employees who do the installations were phenomenal and did outstanding work! I wish we had used them for doing the tile in our entry ways initially instead of doing it ourselves.The sales staff are knowledgeable and creative. Overall extremely happy with their service.
Went to Anttila Tile a few months back for the first time with very little knowledge on tile & had gone back a few times in order to take samples & make a decision, if it wasn’t for Monica Roberts continual assistance the decision making process would have been a heck of a lot harder! Nothing but great things to say about the staff that work here & the products they carry :)
