ProSource of Toledo I would not do business with Cynthia has no communication skills once they have your money contact completely stops unless you go in the store, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. We paid for flooring and then they shorted us 118.22 square feet and will do nothing about it and they are aware they shorted me. BEWARE do not use PROSOURCE

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered my tile on September 5 and was told it would be delivered to the store on September 24. I was told they could request the tile shipping to get expedited and asked if they could do that since we are waiting on the tile before we can fully move into our house. Never received a return email if this was ever done. On September 21 I called Prosource and confirmed that the tile would be delivered on the 24th which they rudely replied "if that's when we told you it would get here then it will get here." I prepped my house with the installation contractor since she said that was the promised date. He wanted to start ASAP Wednesday for us. What do you know the tile never showed up on the 24th. Cynthia then screened my calls and until I called the central office number and said she would call me back which she never did. Only on the 25th when my wife called from her phone number were we able to get ahold of Cynthia and told that our tile will now not get in until October 1. We already hired a contractor to come and install the tile for the 24th and our sink and toilet are already ripped out in preparation for the installation. I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere.
