Ali was very professional and explained the materials, gave us different options, showed samples and helped us choose the right colors. He gave us an installation date per our preference. His installer Sam and his team were also very professional, highly skilled and perfectionists. They came on time, moved the furniture around by themselves and with care, cleaned the area before and after and got rid of our old carpet. We are very happy with the looks and their overall work. Highly recommend Ali, Sam and his team. We are in fact so happy with the work that we are asking Ali to give us a quote for the upstairs. Well done Ali and your team!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new floors and the incredible service I received from this company! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded all my expectations.

It all began with the initial consultation with Imad. He was knowledgeable and patient, helping my wife and I choose the perfect option for our home without any pressure. The very next day, Malak came to our house for the measurements. She was kind, precise, and answered all of our questions.

What truly amazed me was the price. I had received several quotes from other local companies, and their price was significantly better than all the others, without any compromise on quality.

Additionally, the installation was fantastic— Sam and his crew were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. There is not a single spot in my floor that creaks or dips when you step on it. The best part? The entire process, from that first consultation to walking on my beautiful new floors, was completed in less than a week!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for quality flooring, unbeatable prices, and a stress-free, professional experience, this is the company to call!

We met her at the store a few days later to choose colors and set installation. We were able to get our new flooring very quickly. The installers were competent and clean. They took great care with our house. Malak followed up immediately with a few minor concerns and made sure the job was done to our liking. Had a great experience with The Flooring Company! Recently purchased a condo and redid just about the all the floors and ~50 stairs.

Start to finish everything went smooth and was very easy. Malak who was my direct person of contact during the estimate and installation was always very helpful and reliable! I went with an engineered hardwood (condo required floating floors), and carpet. They turned out even better than I had hoped!
