Cannot recommend Grigsby’s high enough. 10 stars. I had an amazing experience from the second I walked in the door. The selection was spectacular. Very reasonably priced. But above all of that was the crazy amazing customer service I received from Daniel. He is truly a man of his word. Great follow up. The team always arrived on time. And everyone communicated well. I carpeted my entire home and spent several days with this team. I visited other carpet stores in Tulsa when selecting my carpet and found Grigsby’s to have a much better selection, competitive pricing, but above all else, their customer service stood much higher than their competitors. If considering flooring for your home, visit, Grigsby’s and ask for Daniel. He will take great care of you.
Grigsby’s was the best from initial store visit to install and clean up! Our initial sales person - Shana Howard was excellent! She provided direction so the selection wasn’t overwhelming and made herself available through the entire selection, measurement and installation process! She was prompt in all questions via text as well! Installation crew did a fabulous job as well! By the way, I LOVE the carpet!
Grigsby’s is such a great experience, from Wanda greeting and connecting us to the right guy, to Ron who patiently guided us through the choice, set up the installation, then came out and measured the rooms. Installation was quick, efficient and high quality! (I have experience at it and look in the corners closely!)Highly recommend them!
