Very detail oriented. They were able to match my old floors and wove in new boards. They also had to level a previously different height floor by a few centimeters and made it seemless.
So pleased with the work they did to replace our wood floor damaged by flooding in our home!!! I'd recommend them to anyone needing new floor or repair! Good work all around from the movers they contract, to the final cleaning crew! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional! Even Tilley approved as y'all can see ??
We worked with Katherine to redo our lake home floors. They started off great but then it went down hill. This was a big job that got bigger once they got into the project. They were excellent up front and their initial work was fantastic with their crews coming in and getting the work done.Trying to get them back to finish the job was a chore. We withheld the last 25% and it still took months to get them back. Their workers left our front door open in the winter after leaving. When they finally came back to repair the landing on our stairs, they left glue and scratches on the wood. They now deny this and, since I paid after they completed the work, site unseen, they have disappeared.I've called their office and they say we are out of our warranty. I call and text Katherine and I'm completely ignored. I wouldn't use them to repair a shed floor at this point.
We worked with Ann Marie at Superior. We had a great experience! They tore out carpet in our dining/living area, and then sanded and refinished most of our first floor hard woods. We were told the entire job would take 5 days, and they completed it one day early. That was a nice surprise! They were professional, on-time, and did great work. Ann Marie checked in frequently. They hire movers, who move your furniture in and out, and cleaning people who come in after sanding the floors. We were pleased with the price point as well. Ann Marie and Superior will be our go-to for more renovations.
We cannot recommend Superior Flooring based on our experience with them.We contracted with Superior to install tile flooring throughout our home. Any home project is going to have its challenges, but we can attribute our dissatisfaction with Superior to a lack of oversight and poor communication between Katherine, Ann Marie and their crews. Our entire house was to be floored EXCEPT for two bathrooms. Three quarters of the way in we were told we could inspect the current progress and found one of the bathrooms had been demolished and tiled. Ann Marie was completely unaware of this mistake when we called to discuss it with her. When we spoke with Katherine she lied and said she had been checking in on the progress of our project. When we asked her why the bathroom had been tiled, she seemed caught off guard and had no answer. It was obvious that neither Ann Marie nor Katherine had been supervising our project. This extended the job a week longer than it was scheduled due to this lack of supervision. After being told the job was complete and returning home, we found multiple areas incomplete, significant damage, missing property and no working toilet, since neither toilet had been reinstalled. We had to finish a job we paid this company to do, fix the damage the crew caused and file a police report for our missing property. We wish we had paid more attention to the negative reviews about this company. We almost decided not to leave a review about our experience and just move on. But after considering the poor-quality work as well as the violation of having our personal things rifled through and taken, we decided that was not something we wanted anyone else to experience.Edit - In response to the comment left by the business owner. It's hard to believe there was daily oversight when it was us that notified you of the bathroom error. We received a call on Friday at 5:30pm that we could go home, job complete. Nope, no toilets installed. A plumber did show up unannounced Monday morning . Were we supposed to just hold it over the weekend? The only reason there was a walk-through is you were there to witness the damage your baseboard crew did to our hall closet. The closets we had to make four requests to get done. I chose to err on the side of brevity for my review, but if anyone wants the long version they are welcome to request it. The attached photos are what Superior considers move in ready.
