Charles was amazing from start to finish. He is easy to talk to and was very considerate throughout the whole process. My partner and I reached out to three other flooring companies for estimates and Charles was fairly priced while also having the most transparent and thorough estimates. You can tell he cares about his quality of work by the details he conveys before starting the job. During the job, he also will let you know what was done that day and teaches you some fun hardwood flooring facts if you are interested!
I also had the unique experience of laying my own plank of wood and nailing it to the floor. I am not much of a handy person so this was a fun opportunity and sentimental to me since this job was for my first home. Thank you Charles for making this a memorable project.

Not only did Charles know how to properly protect floors of that age, he was excited to create a custom color to better match the other woodwork in our home.
