Excellent service! Tyler Lee in Customer Service consistently helps us find the right products and ensures they arrive quickly. The ordering process is simple and efficient. The product matched our needs perfectly—and the price was significantly better than anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I’ve been on a hunt to find the the right color Vct vinyl tile. Affordable with a sweet vintage look. Floor city has an amazing selection. I am sooo thankful that the free sample process is so simple because my first tries to match the blue were way off. I might have placed a big order of the wrong color if I had relied on computer screen alone.

I look forward to making my full purchase order. Selection is wide. Samples were easy to order, sized perfectly (not full, but big enough) and arrived within 2 days. Keep up the good work.

Ive ordered a few samples and got an estimates on the phone trying to decide on flooring for kitchen and bath renovations and the customer service at floor city has been superb. Representative I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional, and even went to the trouble of checking out different shipping options to see what was most cost-effective for me. They carry Armstrong products which are very good quality but still won't break the budget, with a reasonable price per square foot slash/ yard. They have a better selection than my local flooring stores as I will definitely be ordering from floor City soon!

Haven't received my Armstrong VCT samples yet BUT...I was afraid loss of old Armstrong rubber tile ruined in Helene would leave a bit hole in my kitchen floor. Floor City appears to have tiles of similar enough color to replace the lost tiles. And, there's a Tampa location! I'm very hopeful and pleased with this find and ease of ordering!
