We hired Anderson Floors to install hardwood flooring in our home February 2025. Matt was able to provide us with the exact same flooring (name, brand, quality) as we saw elsewhere at 32% less cost per square foot. "Frank" installed our flooring. Although the timing was 1.5 times longer than was first quoted, it was only because Frank is meticulous. His work is extremely professional. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the floors. Matt had suggested that we upgrade our floor vents to ones that they custom make to match our floors and to avoid the "rectangular" ones as they i) don't hold up well to a chair leg or other weight directly applied and ii) they don't allow for as much air circulation. Again, a GREAT suggestion, they look fabulous! We do strongly recommend that you contact Anderson Floors when choosing a company to install. Also, for geographic purposes, we are located 65 kms east of their warehouse which was not an issue for them.
I highly recommend Anderson Floors for their customer service and integrity. It's a great place to go for hardwood flooring. They have lots of different options at fair prices. Jake provided excellent advice to help me pick the perfect hardwood flooring for my home renovation, and there was no pressure at all. He also ensured that the pick-up of my flooring went smoothly. Anderson Floors supplied and installed our new floor in our room. From our first meeting, I was very impressed. Jake and his team are fantastic! This is not a review on Anderson Floors but on one of the products they sell. Next Floor Scratchmaster. Less than 3 years old and it’s being ripped out. Problems everywhere. A quick google search and you’ll find lots of complaints about Next Floor products. My suggestion to Anderson Floors is to end this line in your store before it tarnishes your name.
Great experience working with Jake, I have been a repeat customer and referred their business to family and friends. Pricing is very competitive and fair, the products offered at store beats big box stores in quality. But most importantly Jake excels in excellent customer service with useful insight in helping out with do it yourself flooring projects.
