STAY AWAY! Terrible quality, zero accountability, and deceptive practices.?I wish I had read the signs earlier. My experience with DK Flooring has been an absolute nightmare.?We ordered what was supposed to be a very light engineered wood floor. The "red flags" started with the invoice, which stated "Final Sale" with no returns allowed— something they didn't emphasize until the money was paid.?Here is why you should avoid this shop:?Broken Promises: We were promised a 1-week delivery. It took over 4 weeks of waiting and chasing them down.?Wrong Product: When the flooring finally arrived, it was nothing like the sample in the store. Instead of the light tone we picked, we received a yellow-tinted floor that looked cheap and completely clashed with our tiles and paint.?Trapped by Circumstances: Because of their massive delay, our contractors had to start work immediately, making it impossible to reject the shipment on the spot. We had to rethink our entire interior design (paint, tiles, etc.) just to accommodate this "mistake."?Zero Customer Service: When we contacted the store, they simply ignored us. Their official response was that "it’s not their problem" and they take no responsibility for the supplier's quality.?They take your money, deliver whatever they want (late!), and then hide behind their "no return" policy. Save your nerves and your money — go anywhere else but DK Flooring.
My mom referred them to me after they renovated her house. Kamran is such a gentleman. He was patient and helpful. His workers came on time did the job and were respectful. I am really happy with their work! I have referred them to my friends and would recommend anyone looking for reasonably priced flooring to go to the store and speak to Kamran!

The installers were very attentive to detail and did an amazing job with both the flooring and baseboard installation. I searched for a flooring company on Google with 5 star reviews and came across DK Flooring Expert. They didn't let me down. They put down carpets, ceramic tiles and vinyl tiles for me and did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Great store with fantastic selection of Vinyl planks, hardwood, and laminates for different budgets and needs. Very helpful salesperson Kamran, who was knowledgeable, and was able to provide great suggestions. Prices were very competitive, as the store have low overhead and can maintain low pricing. Ordered vinyl planks for my project which were available with specific colour and received everything the next day, which was phenomenally fast. Overall - fantastic store. When shopping, went to several competitors (some nearby) and some were not competitive and salespeople did not even know their prices.
