Renovations rarely go as smooth as one anticipates and even the most well-organized plans are sometimes met with challenges.  I will admit we ran into a few challenges with our condo reno, however, Paul and James, from Green Valley Flooring, stepped up to address each of them in an efficient manner providing us with excellent customer service.  This project came with specific timelines as we had other work planned following the flooring installation and Green Valley did not disappoint.  In fact, they finished a few days ahead of schedule!  We are very particular when it comes to "great communication" and  "attention to detail" and when a few things were pointed out to Paul, he quickly addressed these issues with the installation team providing customer satisfaction. James has a great deal of experience and is extremely knowledgeable in his field and, both he and Paul, are very professional and personable individuals.  I would not hesitate inviting James, Paul and the Green Valley team into your home and recommending them to be part of your next flooring project. We are very happy with the service we received from Greenvalley Flooring. We were looking to replace our current flooring and redo our staircase. We went in to showroom without an appointment and Paul happily welcomed us and patiently answered all our questions and provided various samples for us to take home. James then came to our house to measure and share his expertise on what we can do for our project. A detailed quote came soon after for us to review. James was patient and answered all our questions. After agreeing to proceed, the materials were ordered and installation was scheduled. Aiden and his Team did an amazing job installing our floors, baseboards and staining our staircase. They worked hard often leaving late in the evening to clean up and get the job done. When job was complete, Aiden offered to come back if we found anything we were unhappy with. James too would follow up to make sure all was going well. We were extremely satisfied with how our floors and staircase turned out and would highly recommend the Greenvalley Team!

Excellent product and service. James was very helpful in finding the right flooring product for us, coordinating dates and times and accommodating us when we changed the scope of the project as we planned it. Timing was very important and they got the job done quickly and beautifully.
