I have dealt with Steve on an insurance claim for many months and although the restoration company was terrible, Steve has been very thorough and offered excellent customer service. The installers were respectful and tidy and treated the job like their own home. I would definitely recommend NuFloors I am very happy with my glue down vinyl. Will be sending clients to the showroom
We did an extensive renovation of our house in East Hill which included replacing most of our floors. We were very fortunate to work with Liz Fritsch at Nufloors on the project who made the entire process very easy. From the beginning, Liz took the time to go through multiple options with us and made sure all of our choices worked together in our house. She was very patient when we changed our mind on some of the primary bathroom tile choices. Even after delivery, she diligently oversaw the installation of our flooring to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased with the results.
