We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Island Floors. Sabit was our main contact and he was incredible to work with. His design sense is spot on — he really knows what he’s doing — and he went above and beyond to bring multiple samples, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make sure we felt confident in our decision.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Sabit kept us informed every step of the way and was always responsive and professional.
The installation team was just as impressive — true professionals. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and delivered outstanding workmanship. The finished result exceeded our expectations.
10/10 for professionalism, transparency, and quality. Highly recommend Island Floors!

We had an outstanding experience with Island Flooring. Sabit was incredible to work with—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and his attention to detail was second to none. The flooring installers demonstrated the highest level of craftsmanship, and the quality of their work truly shows. Island Flooring is hands down the best company and team in Victoria, especially when navigating an insurance claim. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Island Flooring to anyone looking for exceptional service and top-tier results!

We had the best personalised attention focused on our needs. Stefanie found us a deal that was exactly in the right amount, colour, style, and thickness. She also clearly explained the choices of quality, thickness, and finishes. We were well looked after with a flexible storage/delivery option at a very reasonable cost. It was pleasant and efficient to deal with Island Floor Centre. I highly recommend this business.
Lee Anne Churchill
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Island Floors. Sabit, Marilyn and Bonny were all so helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The reception staff were great also. Highly recommended!
Tasha Welch
Excellent customer service, products and install. I’ve worked with them on three projects so far for carpets, vinyl flooring and tile. Stephanie provided excellent recommendations on vinyl flooring and tile. Sabit provided expertise for our carpet install and worked within our budget and timeframe when we were dealing with a flood. The staff are authentic, honest and work with integrity.
