I have used Norm's company for numerous years now and have found his warm professional demeanor only second to the care and detail of his work! He has taken some floors in my rental units which were suffering multi-years of abuse and made them look new . He is fast efficent and keeps my down time to a minimum. His prices are very good too .

Norm and his skilled team fixed our bamboo flooring when no one else would even consider the job. Fast and professional. We feel so relieved we didn’t have to replace the entire floor. Whew!
No Plumbers Crack Here! Just excellent service. Norm dresses and looks like a true gentleman. He has a good sense of humour and was sensitive to my wife’s picky nature. Rather than replace our lightly scratched engineered wood floor ( which could not be sanded) he recommended a buff and re finish at a fraction of the cost and bother of a replacement floor. The end result covered all of the scratches except a couple of deep ones. ( as he had advised) and made the floor look new again. He volunteered to move the furniture out and then helped move it again the next day. Highly recommended.
