I was shopping around for carpets and came across Capital Carpets LLC online. I met Kavoos, the owner of Capital Carpets at the showroom. It was such a pleasure to talk to him and meet him. The manufacturer misdelivered the flooding to another state. Capital Carpet went above and below by personally coming to the house and offering a better quality and more expensive flooring solution that was local at no expense to me. The job was only one day behind. Work was superb and customer service excellent.
The owner Kaboos Rad came by 3 times to make sure I was happy with the replacement flooring and the install. Great customer service.
