We had an excellent experience with this business. We needed to replace the wall-to-wall carpet with tiles on the entire floor of our basement and replace the runner on the basement stairs. At the store, Kaveh patiently helped me pick out the optimal LVP tiles for the floor and carpeting for the stairs. His team did a beautiful job of installing the tiles in an old basement with slanted edges. The transitions at the thresholds and walls are well finished and it all looks great, as does the runner. Both installation teams were prompt, professional and skilled. Kaveh is very responsive and personable, and cares about customer satisfaction. We were very happy with the process and the outcome and highly recommend Floors on 14th.

I had an amazing experience working with Floors on 14th. The owner was very patient with me as I asked him to price out multiple products. I was hesitant to check with this company initially because I was concerned that they may be too expensive, but I found they were competitive and even beat the pricing of some other local “discount flooring stores”. The flooring product was great. I had an issue with one item and the owner came to my site and immediately handled the issue and provided a replacement product. He even came back at my request to fix some damage that I caused for a very cheap price and did an outstanding job with the repair. I’ll certainly use Floors on 14th for all of my future flooring needs.

I had Floors in 14th replace my kitchen floor after a flood. The price was right and the store came with my neighbor's recommendations. However, after the floors were installed and stained stained , I would see waves in the floor and stain was all over the walls in the stairwell, a place we didn't have the floors done. We called the owner, who did come over. He told he he trusts his guys and that the waves were due to the stain. He offered to paint, but the staining was so sloppy and I felt my complaints were dismissed, so I chose to just take care of it myself. The floors are areas near the cabinets where too little or too much stain was applied.
