Flooring Plus

I had an excellent experience with Flooring Plus, and a huge part of that was thanks to Natasha. Her level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She truly listened to my design goals and had an incredible ability to bring everything together in a way that felt cohesive and intentional. Natasha provided multiple options that stayed within my budget without sacrificing style or quality, which I really appreciated. She also has a great eye for design and knew what would work best for the space while allowing me to decide the option I loved the most. The whole process felt easy and stress-free because of her expertise. She was also able to arrange install and the installers were always professional and very hard working. I highly recommend Flooring Plus—and especially Natasha—if you’re looking for both great products and exceptional service.

Flooring Plus is a great store to shop for flooring. Natasha and Vatche are excellent people to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. As a contractor myself, I feel very comfortable sending my customers there knowing they will get top notch service. My customers always leave there satisfied and with the product they were looking for. Great company , great staff and great outcomes!

Vatche and the team at Flooring Plus have been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my renovation. Installed wrong flooring AND installation allowed mould to grow under flooring. Along with Woodhouse Group, Flooring Plus installed the wrong floor in our condo. After finalizing plans directly with Flooring Plus and Eddie, we left for Florida (Jan 2024) and gave everyone 2 months to remove our contents, uninstall our built in furniture and remove and reinstall new flooring. When I returned 2 month later, the completely wrong floor had been installed. Woodhouse, being our general contractor and hired to oversee the project only admitted fault after I provided photos of the sample flooring in our condo along with a photo of the quote that Flooring Plus provided to Woodhouse. A photo that I covertly took while at the store with Eddie, Woodhouse offered us $8K for an appearance payoff to keep the wrong floor. Thankfully we did not accept the $8K as the floor they installed was very dark brown and the floor that we had picked out was the colour similar to light beach sand. When the wrong floor was finally removed, approx 3 months after the initiation install, there was green mould growing ”everywhere.” To make a very long story short, Woodhouse and Flooring Plus were fired, and an environmental engineer was hired and the job was shut down for a few months so a level 3 abatement (mould removal) could take place. The engineer proved that Flooring Plus did not allow the levelling agent to cure and there was no vapour barrier used in the installation. My husband and I lived in a hotel for 5 months and 6 days. Flooring Plus NEVER reached out to us for anything including an apology. Woodhouse were horrible to deal with and although they initially paid our hotel bills and $20 a day/ person for food, (try living on $20 a day), they almost made us beg for repayment every month. Also after we were living in the hotel for almost 4 months, Woodhouse still had never apologized until I was so frustrated one day that I called them out on it, and finally received a written apology. I will tell you that this was an insurance claim and Intact Insurance totally came through for us. They paid for everything and after they fired Woodhouse and Flooring Plus, our job was finally completed by OnSide and Len Koebel Flooring and we couldn’t be happier. Whatever you do, always take photos and make sure to ask to see quotes and take photos of that too. If we had not done that, we may be still living in a condo with mould growing under the floor and probably starting to get sick without knowing why.

I had an excellent experience with Flooring Plus. Eddie was honest, helpful, and made everything simple. The installers were skilled, careful, and did a flawless job. The whole process was smooth, and the floor looks amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.
