S.L. Marcella Carpets

I recently bought a rug, sized to fit from Dave of Marcella Carpets in Waterloo, Ontario I had great service and very quick results on the finished product. I am very pleased with the rug! I had Marcella Carpets do my basement carpeting. We were so pleased with them I recommended them to my mother. They did her place as well and she was thrilled. Everything from the sales staff, their showroom and installers were fantastic. Highly recommend them.

April and Dave were great when helping me choose the appropriate carpet. I was able to take some samples home before deciding including a large 12"x12" piece. Dave came by to take more specific measurements and when running late, he let me know early that morning that he would be arriving at 10:30am instead of 10am. I did not mind that he was late but its great i got the heads up. Sean the installer arrived on time today despite the weather and was very personable and talented. I asked for a 2'x2' square of the old carpet and he did it without hesitation. I highly recommend Marcella carpets for any flooring upgrades. Thanks again!

Picked up an order of luxury vinyl for my parents at S.L Marcella Caroets. Had to wait a few minutes to get served but after that the skid went on the truck fast and fit perfectly under by tonneau cover. Will remember this place next time i need flooring.

If it was possible to give them a negative star, I would! Do yourself a great favor and stay away from this place. They destroyed my floor! We purchased hardwood from them and they had 2 guys who came in and did an absolutely horrible job. Pictures speak for themselves so make sure to STAY AWAY FROM MARCELLA'S CARPETS! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! My floor was installed less than 2 weeks ago and it already has spaces in between, they did absolutely nothing and asked me to remove all doors and the old carpet. How would anyone feel to see nail going through the face of the hardwood! The guy told me to go to Home Depot and buy stains to cover up the nails! ARE YOU JOKING! We only used Marcella's because our contractor for buying tiles sourced our tiles from them. They are absolutely horrible. Horrible service, horrible customer service and overall painful to deal with. This industry is ALL about aesthetics, you would think they would know that by now. All i know is that there are others who have gone down this path too. Its about time somebody teaches them a lesson by disclosing their service to the public. I wont' ramble on anymore. If you take anything away from this review is to NOT WORK WITH MARCELLA CARPETS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FLOOR!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HOURS OF HEADACHES AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
