This is a terrific flooring company that provides excellent customer service from start to finish. Lindsay was fantastic at giving suggestions and guidance, and did a wonderful job coordinating all of our flooring, including suggesting a paint colour. The tremendous service did not end there, Jamie did a terrific job installing all of our flooring and tile and is clearly someone who is meticulous and pays attention to detail. We would recommend Straightline Custom Flooring to anyone looking for start to finish flooring installation.

We had a fantastic experience with Straightline from start to finish. They were incredibly patient and helpful when we first went to look at samples and talk about our project. They went above and beyond to answer questions, give advice, etc. They sent us pictures of installed flooring when possible, gave us flooring they had to get a better sense of it in our home…they were incredible. The instal of the flooring could not have been smoother and the finishing touches were beyond our expectations. We highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for any future projects. Thank you, Straightline!!!!

Do not contract this company to perform any work. They installed tile and was 2 inches out over 14 feet. They tried to install Wedi shower systems and did not follow manufacture instructions voiding a liability warranty that comes with the product. We have fired them from the job and having to rip out everything they installed. Total waste of time. The photos on the site here do not reflect the technique with spacers or the quality of work we received. They leave a mess and do not cleanup after leaving thinset all over our front door and log home. Updated mud room demo of shower install Shower curb was not even adhered to floor that would of failed Starting tearing up the slate and less then 80% contact with the thinset with no back butter. This is a recipe for failure. Also no directional troweling with the thinset.
