Reviews
What customers say
Carpet customers praised the work and clean finishes; one customer also described a quick room replacement with careful furniture handling. Another customer said the flooring remained uneven, shifting and gapped after multiple attempts. One customer described dirt, carpet pieces that kept turning up and a bed left improperly assembled; after the family said it would withhold the remaining payment, the crew came back to fix the bed and carpet mistakes.

Excellent Listener
The guys did a great job with my carpet, cleaned up after they finished. It was very done. Thank you very much

We spent a lot of money with First Floor / Carpet One and after multiple attempts the flooring is still not right (uneven, shifting, gaps etc). It is just hard to accept that you spend $20K in flooring and you have to look at places in the floor that still are not right. I just wish they would treat the work as if it were their own house...at some point I guess I will have to pay someone else to get the job done right!

Joey and his crew are awesome! We have builder specific carpet in our home and needed to replace one of the rooms. He researched through the vendor and worked with me until we found the right one.
His crew replaced it in a jiff! They had their process down to a science and were done quickly. They were very careful moving all the furniture and everything was clean when done.
I definitely recommend First Floors for all your carpet needs!
