Huge shoutout to Rhonda at The Tile Shop for being an absolute rockstar during our bathroom remodel! We ran into a hiccup specifically with our cement encaustic tile installation, and she immediately jumped into high gear — going above and beyond in every possible way to help troubleshoot and make it right.
Her responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Everything worked out beautifully in the end, and we couldn’t be happier with the two gorgeous tiles we chose.
If you’re starting a tile journey, I can’t recommend Rhonda enough. She’s knowledgeable, proactive, and truly invested in helping her customers love their space. We absolutely LOVE our new bathroom!
Now our other bathroom's are jealous! We'll be back!

Buyer Beware! Inept customer service which delayed our project significantly. The product we ordered was good. The experience was not. From the initial entry to the store you feel pressure... are told of tile "tariffs" that are raising prices by the day and overall trying to push you into a decision. Then, when ordering you request a certain square footage and their system does not calculate it correctly. They tell you that your order will be in on a certain day but don't call to confirm. Then, when you call it is late or delayed because of warehouse issues. Upon installation you find out about the shortage and there is no apology but only several excuses and that there isn't anything they can do and it is a "learning experience" for their employees. Then you are to order more tile with the discount you already had and have to wait another week and a half for delivery. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Tile Shop Corbins Corner West Hartford 5 stars!!! We arrived late in the afternoon (an hour before closing) and Rhonda was wonderful to work with. She located the 5 tiles we were interested in and helped us to make a decision that really fits our needs. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and so very helpful - a pleasure to work with!
