I called in the middle of December to inquire about getting carpet installed. They said they could do it at the end of January if I was lucky, but it would most likely be February before the could get to me.One of their competitors installed my carpet the next day.
I didn't go to their store. I've just finished painting a new house and their delivery guy came and knocked a hole in the ceiling. When I told him to be careful he got very rude and told me that I should fix it.
Unfortunately I didn't end up buying anything from them but they were so incredibly helpful. They spent probably a good 45 minutes showing me different tiles we could use for our backsplash. I learned I have expensive tastes, more expensive than my budget that's for sure! They were still absolutely wonderful trying to help me find lower priced options that I would like. In then end we went a completely different direction and I'm not sure where my contractor bought the tile from. I would definitely shop here again and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Will never buy from them, horrible customer service if your job isn't a big one. Walked in to buy more tile that was used throughout my house on a remodel. Didn't know the brand but knew it was purchased there. Didn't receive much help locating but found it myself. Gina Culprit quoted me a price that was higher than anywhere else online (and later found a local place cheaper as well) and a shipping cost that doubled the price. I asked her if she did a military discount or price matching because I found it cheaper elsewhere. She told me "to buy it there, then." I asked her if I did something to irritate her, she responded "I'm working on a different $7,300 job and you're bickering over $0.50." Actually, Gina, I'm bicker about your price being 30-40% more expensive that even a local competitor.
