I was initially thrilled with the service, because they installed my carpet on very short notice. The quality of installation, however, was terrible. The seams are obvious by sight and feel (even through socks). My biggest issue is one of the doorways. I had to have somebody come back out the same day too redo it because the door wouldn't close. He refused the tack strip "Z bar" and it's already falling apart three months later. I'm going to end up having to pay someone to redo it again, which means my carpet not reach as far after the damaged edge is trimmed off. I appreciate the speedy service, but the finished product isn't worth what I paid for it .

If you’re looking for dependability and effective communication this may not be the right company to choose. I set up an appointment to have two fist size sections of carpet repaired but gave up on them after a late estimate arrival and two rescheduled appointments. The gentleman who came for the estimate showed up about an hr late and I had no idea he was still planning on coming until I reached back out to him. He was a nice man and I believe he stated he was held up in a meeting, however some communication would have been nice. The first time I was rescheduled it was extremely late notice and there was a lot of back and forth about rescheduling between, the man who came to give the estimate, myself, and the person who does the repairs. I was given a call back a few days later to nail down another date only to get a call today and hr and a half before the appointment tell me I would have to reschedule yet again. I was told the repair man sliced his hand on the last job and that subsequently he would not be available for my repair. The gentleman that called me last to cancel was polite and apologetic, however it was the over experience that led me to terminating the service. I would have preferred that they told me they were too busy or short handed to take on the job instead of wasting time out of my day on three separate occasions. I will say that my sister has purchased carpet from them and had a pleasant experience and that maybe they are getting back into the swing of things since the whole covid shutdown, or possibly they just have new/newer employees that need more training, this was just my experience and my honest review.
Excellent service.. We decided on our carpet on Saturday and it was measured and fully installed by the following Friday. Randy, our salesman, gave us excellent service and even came to our house during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly.. Totally happy with the quality of carpet and especially the service - thanks so much!
