They sent an installer boozed out of his mind. He came 20 minutes late. The guy said he couldn't install a carpet. And just left. Actually crazy.
Response to reply: Absolute liars. There was parking accesible 20ft from the apartment.There wasn't even an attempt to do any work. There was flooring that needed to be removed your installer didn't even try to remove it. You never tried to reschedule my appointment which is why I asked for a refund. If your unable to do work in the snow why did you schedule my appointment after a blizzard? And it was known a week before install that it was a 2nd floor apartment with a difficult entry noted by your estimate guy. After reading the other 1 star reviews of bad installs I think this happened for a good reason.

Terrible customer service. Their installer can't install a carpet kinda sad. Nobody wants to work anymore.
