I have worked with Coastal Flooring & Tile in my professional and personal life and would recommend them to anyone who needed tile/flooring work completed. Brandon's team is trained and certified - they perform installations the proper way and stand behind their work. They can help you with your material selection and because of their technical background, can advise on aspects of the design. Matthew is a great communicator and plans ahead so that he does everything in his power to have a smooth timeline. When things go in an unexpected direction, which they tend to do in renovation work, they walk you through the process and are transparent about your options. I have referred them to family members and colleagues and will continue to!!

I had a great experience with Brandon from start to finish. He is eager to take a phone call and call you back. He shows up when he says he will, he calls when he says he will, which is huge in this area! He completed our 1100 square foot area after it was damage from hurricane Florence. His team of four came the first day and got the bulk of it done, and the second day two people came. Brandon came to check quality and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. As you can see from the photos, installation was top notch. They had to work with a Wade jurney home, which often doesn't have straight walls or 90° angles unfortunately.I would definitely recommend Brandon and his team for any flooring you need in Wilmington or surrounding areas.
