We had some damage to my wood flooring. Grady came for the estimate. He was on time, knowledgeable about the wood flooring product needed and stayed in contact throughout the repair process. Easy, pleasant and well done experience from start to finish.
Grady came out, explained everything/pricing/I was able to pick out my flooring. Order came in quickly and job scheduled. The installers(Mark/Luke) were fantastic!! They were careful with my furniture, did an amazing job on install/cleaning/courteousness/friendliness/and both were very knowledgeable. If I had questions they were happy to answer. The supervisor(Reggie) came by everyday to check on things and help out. Once job was completed, Grady came back and inspected everything had them sure up some molding and said he'd be back in about a week to check back in on the floors. I would recommend these guys to any and everyone!! Quality from start to finish! Photo shows part of job done
