As to workmanship, great quality.
There was a glitch with someone having tagged the wrong roll and we ended up with the wrong colour of carpet installed. That was quickly remedied by the crew coming out a couple days later, removing the wrong colour and installing the correct order in a matter of a couple hours in the two bedrooms.

We cannot say enough about how well we were treated, starting at sales all the way through to the installation. Omar and Ryan (Sales) did a great job providing feedback on product and selection. The price couldn't be touched by other competitors. They stuck to their dates and were a pleasure to deal with. The installer (Bruce) has decades of experience and performed the installation in a manner that exceeded our expectations. Clean, professional and informative. If you're purchasing from End of the Roll ask for Bruce to be your installer! We have no problem recommending End of the Roll Regent to friends and family.

Terrible service, terrible management. Spent $2755 and this is what we received:
Original appointment date was Jan.9 at 10am, did not show up till 4. Did not install properly.
Was supposed to fix Jan.13 was late again and did not fix properly.
Returned to fix it AGAIN Jan.14 and was not done properly again.
I asked for someone else to come fix so they sent another installer to take a look.
New installer was supposed to take a look Jan.27, so I moved all the furniture out of the way and was a NO SHOW with no call or anything.
We rescheduled to have it looked at AGAIN.
It was scheduled to be fixed Feb.25, In which I moved all the basement furniture out of the way again. Again nobody showed up. We got a call after the scheduled time that the installer was not coming anymore.
So another reschedule was needed. March.11 the carpet was FINALLY fixed and done properly.
Omar has been a great help throughout the entire ordeal. We requested a refund and they came back to us with 200$ plus a 200$ in store credit (clearly we will not be going back) This refund is more so just a slap in the face. The refund at this point should be the entire labour fee.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to think twice before using the end of the roll for their flooring purchases to avoid this headache.

My husband and I can take forever to make decisions on most home projects, changing our minds and plans numerous times ?? Destinee and Ryan were unbelievably fantastic, spending time with us to help make some final decisions or to offer solutions when we came into roadblocks prior to the start of the project. Our flooring job (the full main floor) was done by El and Yusef. They were professional, friendly, kept us in the loop on the progress each day, were meticulous with their flooring cuts both on the floors and up the stairs and cleaned up the job leaving no remnants of their 4 days here. We noticed an issue with the stair nose' 24 hours later and El was at our house within 48 hours and corrected the issue. We have had so many compliments on our floors, providing us with an opportunity to share your support and great job with our family and friends. Thank you again End of the Roll !!! Jeff and I, our 4 kids and our gigantic dog love our new floors !!
