Hillary Eldridge
The customer service was excellent! The company worked with me before flooring selection, during the process of install and during final adjustments with quick responses and great follow through. Would highly recommend for both the service as well as the quality of product at an excellent price point. Thanks especially to Jack as the main contact and Dave for a great installation. Will definitely be a return customer for any future flooring needs.

So happy we worked with Flatlanders for all our hardwood and tile needs in our new build. All the staff was so helpful in making design and technical choices and communicated our estimated delivery dates clearly.

Excellent show room with loads of things to see in person not online. Best showroom in Winnipeg for floors and tiles. Friendly service, not pushy at all. You can take samples home to see how they look

We changed up our floors in our house to an amazing laminate flooring that looks so real and the durability is incredible! The staff from original quote to the installers were very professional/polite.
My Mother liked their work so much that she also had her main floor done by Flatlanders too!
I would highly recommend Flatlanders to anyone thinking of changing up their flooring.

Staff are great. Owners are active in the business. Awesome selection and fair prices. We just finished a renovation and had Flatlanders do all the hardwoods, carpets and tile. Any small issues that did happen were dealt with instantaneously without hassle. They keep it simple and easy to do business.
