Manufacturers Carpet and Flooring

Their warranty program is non existent, and basically a scam. Direct words from the salesman. We purchase quality luxury vinyl from them, and it was professionally installed. After about 3 months the floor was peeling apart in various areas. Salesmen said their 3rd party warranty just basically sides with them and passes the blame on the installer. Buyer beware.

I like supporting businesses that have good people running them. Davinder is an honest and trustworthy person, which I haven’t found to be true of all businesses I’ve encountered. Davinder made it very easy for me to shop. I had a broken foot when we installed flooring and he was very accommodating and helpful. He was practical, followed up, and had great communication. The service I received did exceed the service I’ve experienced elsewhere. I also was responsive to any questions/ concerns / communication throughout including after I paid, which is an example of his commitment to customer service. It is evident that Davinder cares about his business and his customers.

I have been working with David, Danny, and Sam, for the last 10 years. I do kitchen renovations and send all my customers to see Danny and Sam to help with the flooring renovations. All my customers are pleased to let me know that they have had a great experience with them and have gone ahead and place their orders through them as well. Final result is always a happy customer which makes the entire process for each customer streamlined and stress free. If you need any type of flooring, we highly suggest using them. Great deals, great service, and great follow up! Keep it up!
