What customers say
Customers praised the installation work and workmanship, and one also appreciated a quick vinyl-plank installation and good customer service. One customer reported a carpet piece cut shorter than ordered, a half-hour wait and no help carrying it, while another reviewer criticized snow around the parking lot and an unusable path.

Shirley
We had William to install our kitchen flooring. We’re very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. He is very conscientious about doing a good job. The installation is awesome. The basement room was completed by his brother and a good job was completed there too. I would definitely recommend them for flooring jobs.
John Smith
Wonderful company you can tell just how great they are based on the fact that the snow in their parking lot looks much better on public sidewalks. They are very gracious in providing the average folk with a bit more exercise having to hike through an unusable path

We got new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring from here, for my small business in North Kildonan. The flooring is beautiful - much nicer than LVP of the past. They were also super keen and fast to install it. I appreciated good customer service too - from Mary Anne and Brian. I will come back here for our next Reno for sure.

We had vinyl plank flooring installed on all the main floor of our home. Our experience was awesome from picking out the flooring, to the install was top notch. I would definitely recommend Total Flooring. Thank you Brian and Willian great job

I had a bad experience with this store. I ordered a piece of carpet yesterday, 12 ft by 60 inches, but they cut it to 54 inches instead. On top of that, when I arrived, I had to wait for half an hour while they cut it, even though I had placed the order the day before. After they cut it, no one even asked if I needed help carrying it to my car (it was long and difficult to carry). When I got home, I was very surprised to see that they had cut it incorrectly, which completely ruined my day because I had planned to install it today. There’s a friendly lady at the reception, but honestly, that’s the only positive thing I can mention.
