Susi is fantastic. She helped me find a number of great options for our bathroom floor tile. Her communication, follow up, and flexibility were great. Highly recommend for anyone needing tiles.

They don't have lot of variety in tiles. The return policy says they'll deduct 25% of cost even if the goods are returned in good condition. So buy from here only if you're sure you won't be returning.
The working hours also get over by 4.30pm.

First time visiting a tile store, and Susi was extremely attentive, and knowledgeable about the products. She helped us to get the right product for our needs. She even provided some floor samples to bring it home in order to better visualize the specific floor we wanted to have in our kitchen! Great service and great price!

Wonderful experience. My contractor was finishing up a project and I had forgotten to buy grout so I ran there and the lady on the front desk was extremely helpful. I will for sure be going back for tile/flooring needs.
