Immediately after purchasing a drain, I realized it was the wrong one and returned it right away. The clerk(Timothy Miles) never mentioned that the refund would be less than what I paid. When I went back to ask about the missing $5, he claimed there was a $2.40 “handling fee” charged at both purchase and return, something that was never noted on my receipt. That’s completely false and feels like a small scale robbery. Businesses should be upfront and honest about any fees before charging customers. I uploaded my receipt as proof, the only charge was for the drain, and there’s absolutely no mention of any handling fee I would never do business with this place ever again.
Great prices for contractors. They carry a lot of quality brands that the big box stores don't. It is a corporate store, but run with a local store vibe.

You can expect Great customer service! Went in to get flashing for my tiled bathroom they guys were great. They didn't have the color I needed but were able to locate it in 2 different places. I really appreciate all that they assisted me with.
