????? (1 Star)Beware — Not a Repair Company, Just Replacement SalesOur garage door broke, and I wasn’t comfortable fixing it myself, so we called Precision Garage Door. They sent Austin out, who showed up on time as scheduled — and that’s where the good part ends.Right away, Austin told me there was “nothing he could do” except replace the entire door — actually, both doors — claiming they were unsafe. He offered me a “free quote” that came out to around $15,000.Something didn’t feel right, so I did a little research and discovered it was actually a simple fix that I ended up doing myself. The doors were not unsafe at all. It felt like a fear-based sales tactic designed to push a full replacement rather than an honest repair.I’m sure they can do quality installations, but clearly, they’re not in the repair business. Take heed — if you call Precision, be prepared for a sales pitch, not a service call.
