My garage door failed to close. I called precision garage doors and they booked an appointment for the next morning to take a look at the issue. My old garage door opener was more than 12 years old and there were multiple failing parts including a failing torsion spring. Due to their consultation I decided to have a new garage door opener installed with new bearings and rollers, and torsion Springs. Matt from precision garage doors had everything that was needed on his vehicle and started to work immediately. Great warranty on the product of LiftMaster with a camera new rollers belt drive system. My garage door is almost silent and work smoothly. Matt took the time to program the keypad, set it up in my phone, and make sure my vehicle was linked to the system. Above and beyond my expectations.
We called Precision Garage door of ABQ about 3:00 pm and received a same day appointment to replace a broken coil spring. The technician Allen Sallis communicated in route and arrived on time and completed a complete assessment of repairs needed to our 25 year old door. He presented a detailed estimated that included multiple options and we agreed to the work needed to bring the door back to good working order. Allen had all the parts on his truck and completed the work in approximately 45 minutes from start of repair. We could not be happier with our service and the promptness and courtesy of the technician.
Precision Garage Door is fantastic! They will assess your needs and repair what needs to be repaired and perform maintenance service. What they won’t do is oversell or upsell you. If you need new doors, they will sell you a door that is right for you. I have worked with Precision at two different residences. Matt did a great job assessing doors at both homes. He sold me doors at a considerable savings compared to their competitors at one residence and made appropriate repairs at another (competitors might have told me I needed new doors there too). Frank, Alex and Eduardo did a great job installing two doors and lift motors at the first residence. The office is a pleasure to work with also. All-in-all two great experiences with Precision Garage Door!
