One of my two torsion springs broke on my garage door and I called Windsor in the morning. They answered immediately, confirmed what the cost would be and worked to find an opening in the schedule to come out and get it fixed that same day. I was really impressed when Ray showed up shortly after that conversation and was ready to get to work. Ray did an awesome job! He worked quickly and was ready to answer all the questions I had. He really did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was in good working condition before he left. The cost was exactly what I was told earlier that morning also. From my experience this is a great company that charges what they say they will and works quickly to help their customers.

The sensor eye on the garage door had readjusted and the door wasn’t working right. Windsor sent Ray out the same day, and he had it fixed in 5 minutes. This is a great company that services without overcharging.
