One of my two torsion springs broke on my garage door and I called Windsor in the morning. They answered immediately, confirmed what the cost would be and worked to find an opening in the schedule to come out and get it fixed that same day. I was really impressed when Ray showed up shortly after that conversation and was ready to get to work. Ray did an awesome job! He worked quickly and was ready to answer all the questions I had. He really did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was in good working condition before he left. The cost was exactly what I was told earlier that morning also. From my experience this is a great company that charges what they say they will and works quickly to help their customers.

We have received terrible customer service, and the owners refuse to talk with us. We've called 3 times and asked to talk with the owners who don't return our calls despite their "commitment to service and product integrity."
We ordered and paid the 80% deposit for a security screen in May 2023. Windsor improperly installed a security screen on 7/3 with a 1/2" gap, so a crowbar could easily remove it. We asked them if it was properly installed and they said no, so we told them to fix it. They came back and put caulking in the gap. We asked them to come see it and they said it was "a disaster" and they would fix it. Since they haven't taken any action, we want them to remove everything, repair the damage to our house, and refund our deposit.
Attached are pictures of the improperly installed security screen. Avoid this company and lots of frustration.
(3 WEEKS LATER) After we were told Windsor's insurance would take care of everything, it's been 3 weeks and no action has been taken. No one has contacted us to repair the damage to our home.
(6 months after Windsor's initial bid)
We told Windsor to remove the security screen they improperly installed, refund our deposit and reimburse us for the cost of repairing the damage to our house. The only thing they did was remove the screen. We haven't received our deposit or reimbursement for repairs. They are a dishonest business.
