Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise clear communication and prompt garage-door work. One customer valued an estimate comparing repair with replacement, regular updates and a written estimate, followed by a same-day installation with the old door and debris removed. Another credits Steve with patiently explaining how to manually re-engage an opener after a power outage.
Customer Reviews
Yvonne Murray
Over the phone, Steve very patiently walked me through the process of re-engaging my garage door opener manually after a power outage. AGGD also responded promptly and efficiently when my garage door needed repairs a couple of years ago, for a fair price. I give them my highest recommendation!

We’ve had Steve’s team out with our old house and our new house to install the garage doors. Zero complaints, it’s been smooth every time. I also asked for speciality items - high lift, double insulated doors, lift master side mount. Installation went without a hitch.
I did have them back (they were quick to stop by again within an hour of me calling) to check on a few fiddly items with the garage doors (sensors). The technician Dale knows his stuff too, just ask him anything when he’s there.
Anyway, very happy with the quality of work. I’ve had several neighbors compliment me on the doors.

I have been using Austin's Greater Garage Doors for more than 5 years. Steve always picks up the phone, arranges the job and Dale finishes the job same day. The job they did for me are replacing and repair. They are very friendly, quick, responsible, and very very experienced. The price are always reasonable but with great great customers service. Garage door not working in the early morning on the rental properties is so stressful, but calling Austin' s Greater Garage door will take care that mess same day for sure!
