Well work was fantastic, however the payment was processed for $700.00 more than service amount, we have spent 1-1/2 months trying to get reimbursed but no luck, they keep saying 10 days but never happens almost like getting jerked around, if it was small amount we would have given up, now its turned into s big ordeal our bank has now withdrawn money out of my savings for the misrepresented payment, GDS has admitted the amount was too much, I guess actually a business located in your community is not always a good choice.
They came out within 2 days of me calling, took down my old garage door spring system, replaced it with a brand new on and runs better than ever! Great people and service. Will be my goto for and garage door issues!
A pleasure to do business with a small, family owned, local company. A friend of mine recommended them and I couldn’t be more pleased. I called them in the morning for a spring repair and they were out in the early afternoon to fix it. Very personable and friendly service at a reasonable price. We are SO thankful for the very kind help we got when we called their after hours number after the big storm that rolled through. We were having trouble getting our door to reset and go back up and down. The very nice lady FaceTimed us and walked us through step by step. The Garage Door shop did a fantastic job! They removed a 90-year-old garage door that you had to manually open and close, and turned it into a fully automatic and Bluetooth connected door that even has an app to go along with it! Even better, there is a backup battery for the motor in case the power goes out so that it can still be used!
