Needed a service for both my doors, they came out quickly and were very pleasant to work with. Lee knows his stuff and took the time to explain things. I do residential and commercial inspections for real estate and would not hesitate to recommend them to my clients! Doors are working great again, thanks!

We have been having mice problems and our pest control company strongly suggested to repair the seals on our garage door to block that entry point. We called Lee on Monday, and we communicated by text to provide images, measurements, and necessary information to make one efficient trip. Lee was able to come out on Wednesday amid his very busy schedule. We truly appreciate the speed and quality of the service. Lee was exceptionally patient with us by explaining what needed to change before he started. Once the job was done, he took the time to explain the repair so that we are aware of the full process. Lee is simply the best at what he does. Do not hesitate to reach out to Bigfoot Garage Doors if you need any type of service for your garage door. Easy 5 stars.

These guys are awesome, local, efficient and thorough! So grateful to them, they fit me in the same day I called and were in and out for our spring repair in no time!

Mary Farrelly

From Mark moving appointments around to accomodate me with same day service (other 3 companies I called were booked out 1-3days) to Lee arriving late in the day to fix my garage door, I couldn't be more pleased with their service and results. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, encouraging and professional. They now have a new permanent customer who fully recommends them to anyone with garage door issues.

Mark and Lee were outstanding from start to finish. I have three large garage doors and I wanted to replace one of the overhead openers with a wall mount. They provided a competitive quote with quick turnaround, and they had it installed in a week from my initial contact. In addition Lee serviced my other doors to make sure everything was in proper operating condition. I've worked with other garage door companies in Bend but no longer; I'm only using Bigfoot going forward. Stop searching and just call them!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Bigfoot Garage Doors offer emergency repairs?

Yes. It offers 24/7 residential emergency repair throughout Central Oregon and commercial emergency repair across Bend and Central Oregon.

How often does Bigfoot Garage Doors recommend commercial-door maintenance?

It recommends maintenance at least twice a year; high-use warehouse or loading-dock doors may need quarterly inspections.

When might Bigfoot Garage Doors advise replacement rather than repair?

The company says age and the extent of damage matter; replacement may be more cost-effective for a door over 15 years old or with significant damage.

Does Bigfoot Garage Doors advise homeowners to repair a broken spring themselves?

No. It advises against opening or repairing the door yourself because broken springs are under high tension and can cause injury if mishandled.
