Rob was great. I was in a bit of a bind and I imagine he (or at least their dispatcher) knew it. He could have inflated the bill and I would've had no choice but to approve the work. Thankfully it was just the opposite. The work was done quickly and for a fair price. I've only had this one brief experience, so it's not like I know the company well. But what I do know of Rob is praiseworthy.
Professional and fair. My very large commercial door was misbehaving. Technician Rob Woodworth stopped by to assess and provide a FREE estimate/diagnosis. After short discussion he indicated a solution that sounded well within my carpentry wheelhouse. I later got up there with my forklift platform and sure enough he was right. Within a few minutes problem was solved. I later contacted company to let them know the advice was worth something to me and I should compensate them. But they would not take a payment because of their no-charge estimate policy. This is so so different from recent experience with an applicance company.I would not hesitate to work with these good folks in the future.
We have had the absolute best experience with Overhead Door of Central Oregon. We built our home in 2021 and they were incredibly easy to work with and knowledgable about our options for doors. The installation was professional and the doors have been great. Two weeks ago I backed into one of those great doors and Overhead Door was able to send someone out that same day to repair the damage so that my garage door could function until the replacement was available. This week the damaged panel was replaced and my bill was a fraction of what I had expected. A big THANK YOU to Nolan and his team for taking excellent care of their customers.
So I backed into my garage door before it was fully open (dementia). Spoke with Rich Saturday and Blayde (great name) came 2 days later and despite his pessimism, he was able to give me a functioning door while I wait for them to make a new panel. He rocked. Rich should be proud of him!!
had a really great experience with them, was worried about using a different garage company because someone we previously used was out of town. they were great about calling to make sure no one waked my sleeping baby. fixed my garage door extremely fast and the cost was wayyyy cheaper than i anticipated.
