Called today seeking assistance with resolving a problem with a new car garage door opener I installed. After installation I could not get the remote or wall control to operate. Almost concluded the unit circuit board must be bad. Called around 9a and John was here within 90 minutes. After a quick discussion, he made an inspection of the installation and tested the unit. He found a problem with the sensor losing alignment during the movement of the door. AND FIXED IT!John was professional, courteous, friendly and most importantly - identified and resolved my issue. All at a fair price. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend OGD.
First thing that was brought to my attention was that you guys do not service Marantec motors. Your website says you service all brands. The Tech said it would be better to replace it for several hundred dollars. My opener works just not all the time. I have three other openers that have been working fine. My goal on having you come out was to diagnose the issue and tell me what was needed to fix it. Rather you guys tell me what’s wrong and have me do my own repair. If I had known that I would have done it myself and saved myself 59.00.
Great experience from getting a quote to installation. Company was prompt responding to my questions and kept me up to date on my garage door status. Steven came out to confirm the measurements before placing the order and then delivered / installed the door. He was informative, polite and very efficient.
Love my new door. The color was not even close to what was ordered, but I was given a discount so I could have it painted. The gentleman who installed it was great, helpful and friendly. He deserves a raise!
