I received a quick response back on a Sunday night with an appointment first thing the next morning, Haylee was amazing!! Technician Sean was knowledgeable, professional and very quick, explaining everything to me including cost. I would highly recommend to others and use your company again if the need arises. I greatly appreciate everything!!!
I contacted them Tuesday with four part numbers that I needed to order. I had the part numbers and everything they needed. I have now waited four days and still have not gotten a price on what they will cost or been able to order them. I don’t know what is hard about looking out for part numbers that the customer supplies. I’ve contacted them every day and gotten excuses, but now today I tried emailing them twice and have gotten no response.
Edit:The company responded that they didn’t have my information, we are a military family and in base housing. A guaranteed contract is no reason to treat clients the way I was treated yesterday.Wasted my entire day. Was originally told 8am-12pm. Then told they would be by between 10am-2pm. Then it changed to “it’ll be closer to 2pm”. Repair guy finally here at 3:30pm, I have wasted an entire day for this company to come out, missed an entire day of work over this. Find another company that will respect your time.
There is a reason that this company has been in business for so many decades. We had Overhead Door of Blue Springs come out to do routine maintenance some time ago. Always with great courtesy, they have now done two or three follow up visits to help with a small problem. Amazing customer service. Absolutely amazing.
They were amazing! Had a spring break on Friday. They offered to come out on Saturday but I wasn’t going to be home. They came out Monday and arrived on time and were completely done in an hour. Replaced both springs on a big door and for a great price. Very professional, friendly and would recommend to everyone. Hope this doesn’t happen to you but if it does this should be your only call.
