As life usually goes, stuff happens. My garage door decided to unravel all of its cabling and stop working on a Sunday evening. I contacted Precision around noon the following day and and they scheduled an appointment for me between 2 - 4 same day. In less that 30 minutes, I received a call from Ilana Carvablo, my tech, and she said she finished a previous job and could be at my house within 30 minutes. This was unbelievable to me as I have never had anyone respond so quickly and professionally. True to her word she was there. What an awesome professional tech. Everything was explained to me as to why I had my issue and what I could do to resolve it. It seems that a previous repair company I used oversold me and gave me far more material, springs/cables, than my door actually needed. One of the springs was not even connected to the door. She was able to reconnect everything and then helped us in figuring out a new option which we gladly accepted.

Thank you very much Ilana for everything you did. You were very professional and did an awesome job. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have you as their tech will be very lucky and extremely glad you are there.

Eyron Molina was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the door. They were honest with their pricing there was no upfront service fee. They charged for the services provided only. If I ever have any problems with my garage doors I will be calling them back!

I had an outstanding experience with Precision Garage Door of South Florida. My garage door opener stopped working, and within just a few hours they had a technician at my door. Their communication and technology kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process feel so smooth and stress free.

My technician, Merrick Gayle, was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as he walked me through everything. He made sure everything was working properly and after installing the new motor, he even helped me set up the app on my phone and program my car. The before and after photos and warranty information were sent right away, which I really appreciated.

It is rare to find a company that is this efficient and this committed to great customer care. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

We appreciate Precision's honest assessment of our case, we had others just try upsell us expensive solutions. Chris B, gave us multiple options and took care in explaining each scenario. He was patient walked through all of our questions, he also noted he could repair on site, right then if we chose that option. Again, super friendly, happy to help and had good banter too.

So the pictures of a garage door are not flattering, as it is just a door. But sharing the result as the work done was solid, affordable and we know who to call when we have the means to eventually upgrade/change our door out. Thank you Chris Bernard for excellent service.
