Seth arrived on time and ready to go to work. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and issues he would be looking for. I had an issue with one of the garage door openers. He explained what was going on with that opener and what could happen if I didn't address the issues. Seth was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I'm very happy with his work and A-1 Garage door company. I will definitely use them again.Thank you Seth.
Service person, Adam Kirk, was very personable and informative. Tested my problem and suggested solutions. Later (after removal of old opener) noted that our choice of new opener was correct, since old motor gear was almost sheared off. He did the installation with no problem. He went well over expectations in making sure new controllers worked not only with new opener but with 5 year old opener on other bay and with car internal opener so all controllers work as expected. [In doing this we figured a new way of making both old and new motors talk to all devices]. He cleaned and cleared all waste and left everything in great shape. I enjoyed our talks, both business and personal. Highly recommend both A1 garage door and their technician Adam Kirk.
Awesome service and support from the woman making the appointment, dispatch, and the technician. Josh was awesome, he was personable, clear on intentions, communicated super well, and did great work. He made I had no other concerns and some things to look out for. Really great across the board, I wish more (or any) experiences with repair companies were like this. Super happy, highest recommendation for these guys!

Cole did fantastic with our garage. We were in a slight emergency when our garage door kept opening 1/2 way, barely able to get a car out. They were able to dispatch someone same day and complete the service and repair on the same day as well. He was VERY informative and educated us on the logistics of the garage and where things went bad and why. We will continue to call on A1 for all our garage needs and we highly recommend them! Cole was the best and we appreciate it!!
