I had an outstanding experience with 24 Hour Door National Inc. When my garage door suddenly started malfunctioning, I immediately began calling around for help. Unfortunately, two other companies either kept me on hold endlessly or told me they couldn’t schedule an appointment for at least a week. Frustrated and stressed, I came across 24 Hour Door National Inc — and I’m so glad I did.I spoke with Jesse, who was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. He confidently assured me there wasn’t a job they couldn’t handle, and his professionalism made me feel like I was in good hands from the start. True to their name, he sent a technician out right away.Matt arrived promptly and was just as impressive. (Great name by the way) He was extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection of my garage door and all its hardware, he clearly explained what the issue was and how it could be fixed. Even better, we discovered that the repair is covered under my manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer confirmed the replacement part will be arriving this week.Jesse followed up and told me to contact him as soon as the part comes in, and he’ll send Matt (or another technician) right out to complete the job. We had a latch come off our front door. We called A-24 door and they came same day and fixed it for us and our door was like brand new. Great fast service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
These guys did a great job, they were very professional and did the work in a timely manner, they quoted us a price to fix our main entrance doors, we had the quote adjusted as we had fixed one of the issues in house that our maintenance department was capable of doing. They were totally ok with that. We had concerns about the age of our equipment but they did a great job of retro fitting for our needs, they didn’t just try to sell us a whole new system. The price was fair and the quality of work was exceptional. We run a hotel on a military installation and their workers had no problem getting clearance to come on post. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for help in this area, they are experts. We will not look any further when we need help in the future. Bucky was great and very personal professional as well as knowledgeable. Thanks again guys from Niagara Air reserve station.
