I was having trouble with my garage door not working properly. Bartlett came out and discovered there was something blocking the electric eye. I felt very stupid of course because I should’ve been able to figure that out. They were there less than 5 minutes and performed no other work. The bill was $115.89. I felt the cost was excessive. I understand they performed a service call and need to be paid but that was unreasonable. When I wrote the check amount I accidentally left off the 81 cents. They called me today and asked me to drop a new check off today. I felt that was unreasonable as well and feel I did not receive good customer service. I will not be using them again.

Lenny was great to deal with from start to finish. Responded back to phone calls without long waits.
Kellen showed up on schedule and got right to work. He was friendly and explained the operation of the doors thoroughly. Guided us through downloading and connecting the doors to the app. Cleaned up after the job was done.

I ordered a Lifestyle screen door from Home Depot and didn’t realize installation wasn’t included. After asking around, a couple of friends told me that this type of installation is more specialized than it looks, so I started searching for help. I even had one company come out and quote me, but I felt uneasy with them and wasn’t comfortable moving forward.

I then reached out to Bartlett Overhead Doors and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness. Lenny got back to me right away, was honest and transparent, and gave me a very reasonable price. Even though we were running up against Labor Day weekend and I knew they were busy, Lenny stayed in communication with me the entire time. He never went silent, which gave me confidence I had chosen the right company.

When installation day came, the team arrived around 3:30 in the afternoon and stayed until about 8:30 in the evening, making sure everything was perfect. Right away, they noticed a couple of holes in the screen material. Instead of brushing it off, they walked me through the issue, explained that I might need to contact Home Depot, and even let me take pictures for documentation. In the end, they problem-solved on the spot and were able to fix it because of some extra slack in the screen — saving me from the hassle of a return.

They worked incredibly hard, were professional and polite, and even went the extra mile to double check the sensors on my garage door tracks to make sure everything worked seamlessly. When they finished, Lenny told me to contact him if I ever needed anything further. On top of that, we discovered he knew my fiancée’s family — small world!

I’m really glad I chose to go with a trusted local company. I highly recommend Bartlett Overhead Doors and will absolutely call them again if I ever need garage work in the future.

First, they are fourth generation Business unheard of today. The owner Lenny came in never pressured us gave us fair prices and within three weeks our garage door was put up. The Installer was very neat and clean. Anyone that you talk to in the office was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them..

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone from the front office to Tom,who put in our door,couldn't have been more friendly and professional.
