They installed my garage door (through Vesta), and I just noticed one roller wasn't put inside the bracket almost 2 years into ownership. The roller is just stuck between the bracket and the base. The door still works, for now.As shown in the pic, there's no way the roller came out itself over time, the bracket is almost a closed tube. My guess is the technician forgot to put it in.And they said it's past 1-year warranty and refused to fix it unless they are paid.
Very disappointed with the service received. Technician who came out to assess the situation was good, however the service after that was totally below expectation. Parts which were "apparently" ordered never arrived after waiting nearly 2 months. No regular updates were provided and voicemails started getting unanswered.No effort to fix situation was offered even after mentioning the disappointment and that I would write this review - just the service charges of the technician who came out initially was mentioned as what I will be charged.Addendum since my last review about a week ago:Was contacted by the company to offer an apology on the experience and refunded the initial technician assessment charges. I appreciate this gesture.
Vlad the Tech replaced the spring on our 16’ Wayne Dalton garage door today. Also replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom. Was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend. Unfortunetly, Creative Door Services have a bit of a monopoly regarding a few door models in the NW Calgary. I paid for a door repair and they ended up not finishing the job, they took over a month to even start after payment. When looking for them to finish they are nowhere to be found. Pretty bad service over all, if you can avoid em I would suggest you do.
