I have been a customer of The Door House since moving into my Point McKay home 23 years ago. They have always provided top quality service. My best experience with The Door House was when they installed a new garage door opener for me and when I could not understand the instructions, they made a visit back to explain what the manual was saying. Who does that in this day and age? They do. They remain extremely responsive and the service person today, Malachi, was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The bottom roller on tbe right-hand side fell out of the track last weekend. We managed to push it back but still called the Door House to do an inspection. We left a message and they called on Monday morning and arranged a technician to come on Tuesday to inspect and replace. We really appreciated their promptness in response time. It is often the service after the installation that is most important. Thank you for you great customer service.
The Door House technicians were friendly, fast, and efficient. They, along with salesman Al, answered all my questions, and the new custom door looks and works amazing. I just need to finish the outside brickmold and upper flashing…otherwise I would post a picture. Thanks again for great service!
Received several different quotes from different companies in the city. Decided to go with The Door House due to competitive pricing and knowledge from Al. He was also responsive to my questions by email and phone. Installation was quick and as scheduled.
initially, I shopped around and compared doors and prices and found these folks to be one of the better prices. So I trusted the reviews and bought The doors.They have been installed now and the finished look is spectacular. They are aluminum insulated with laminated wood look finish. The install done by their team was professional, clean, and they were very polite. Job well done !I would highly recommend these folks.
